Bio: Lisa Haley has played Barcus-Berry® violin and pickups for over 30 years. Lisa's unique musical talents have been referred to by the LA Times as, "a pop approach to Louisiana's Cajun sound, a one-of-a-kind cornbread voice, a la the bluesy moans of Janis Joplin." Lisa's multinational approach to music has made her a world-renowned artist and her musical talents have been featured on HBO, NBC, ABC, BBC, Disney, Showtime, Family Channel, PBS and The Movie Channel. Lisa has performed in many television commercials including Slim Jim, Taco Bell and Budweiser.

Lisa has also appeared in films produced by Warner Bros, Universal, Sony and Paramount, including "The Rhythm of Life," created by Beatles producer Sir George Martin, starring Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Celine Dion, Sting and Lionel Richie. Lisa's music can also be heard on many recordings, including Brian Setzer Orchestra's "Vavoom" and John Hiatt's "Walk On".

Lisa & the Krewe have performed at hundreds of international festivals, including World Cup Soccer Fest (USA), International Cajun & Zydeco Fest (Holland), Vancouver Island Folk Fest (Canada), Santa Barbara International Jazz Fest, and Live Celebration Fest, Nagoya (Japan). Lisa’s sixth album entitled, "King Cake" recorded on Blue Fiddle Records was a Grammy Nominee in 2008!

Lisa performs a world-class show of traditional and contemporary Americana/Cajun/Zydeco music from the Bayous and Swamps. She tours in more than 20 countries and the US, performing up to 150 days a year to millions of fans in concerts and festivals, films, TV, commercials radio and educational shows worldwide and spreading her infectious "Zydecosis" to all ages in the "One World Swamp."
